Why contact Nexus

The contact form covers the four research-context channels we hear from most: research bulk-quantity inquiries, certificate of analysis questions about a specific batch, technical questions about compound identity / molecular data / storage, and packaging or shipping logistics. For order status, payment, or return questions, email directly is fastest. Therapeutic, dosing, or human-use questions cannot be answered — Nexus supplies compounds for in-vitro research only and does not provide medical guidance.

Response time and process

Routine support inquiries receive a reply within one business day. COA verification requests and technical-compound questions are routed to research support and typically receive a fuller reply within two business days. Outbound replies come from [email protected] — add it to your safe-sender list if your institution filters external mail aggressively.

What information helps us respond

• Compound — the product slug or full name (e.g. BPC-157 10mg, Cagrilintide 5mg).
• Quantity / size — variant size, target quantity, or research lot scope.
• Intended research application — receptor pharmacology, mechanism study, analytical workflow, in-vitro screening, etc. (research context only).
• Institution (where applicable) — a one-line affiliation helps us route to the right channel.
• Batch ID — if your question is about a specific certificate of analysis, include the Nexus batch ID printed on the COA.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Nexus Laboratory ships exclusively within the United States via USPS.

Can I see the COA before ordering?

Yes. The current batch certificate of analysis for every catalog compound is linked from the product page, and the full archive is on the Lab Verified page. No login required.

Do you offer bulk research quantities?

Yes — contact research support with the compound, target quantity, and intended research application and we can source larger lots subject to availability.

Will you provide dosing or therapeutic guidance?

No. All Nexus Laboratory compounds are supplied for in- vitro research use only. We do not provide dosing, treatment, or medical guidance under any circumstances. See the regulatory disclaimer.
