Regulatory Disclaimer
Last updated: Effective May 14, 2026
Research use only
All products sold by Nexus Laboratory are research compounds intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified researchers. They are not drugs, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or household goods, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of administration. No therapeutic, diagnostic, dosing, or medical claim is made, implied, or supported.
No regulatory approval
The compounds sold by Nexus Laboratory have not been evaluated, reviewed, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), Health Canada, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), or any other regulatory authority for use in humans or animals. They are not approved as drugs, biologics, devices, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or any other regulated product category.
No claim, statement, or representation made on this site, in product descriptions, in the peptide research database, in blog articles, in Certificates of Analysis, or in customer support communications should be construed as a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, prevents, or affects any disease, condition, syndrome, or health outcome. Mechanism-of-action language describes documented research-context observations from preclinical literature, not clinical effects in humans or animals.
Qualified researcher requirement
By purchasing from Nexus Laboratory, you affirm that:
- You are at least 21 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or research institution, or you are acting under the direct supervision of one, and you intend to use the product solely for laboratory research conducted in compliance with applicable laws, ethical standards, and institutional policies.
- You have the necessary training, laboratory equipment, personal protective equipment, and (where applicable) institutional approvals to safely handle the compound.
- You will not administer the product to a human subject, animal subject, or any living organism in vivo; you will not provide the product to anyone who would; and you will not resell, redistribute, or re-package the product for any purpose.
- You will not represent the product as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, or therapeutic product in any context, regardless of whether the representation is made by you, by a colleague, or by a downstream party who received the product from you.
Safety, handling, and storage
Research compounds may pose health risks if mishandled. You are solely responsible for following accepted laboratory safety practices, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), engineering controls (fume hoods where applicable), and waste-disposal procedures consistent with your institution’s policies and applicable hazardous-materials regulations.
Store products as indicated on the vial label and on the product’s Certificate of Analysis. Most Nexus Laboratory compounds ship as lyophilized powder and are stable at -20°C for the documented expiry window. Improper storage may degrade the compound and renders the published purity, identity, and endotoxin specifications inapplicable.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request for any product in the catalog. Send SDS requests to [email protected] with the product slug and the intended laboratory use case.
Jurisdictional restrictions
Nexus Laboratory ships exclusively within the United States via USPS. International orders are not accepted. Within the United States, the legal status of research chemicals varies by state and by institutional context. You are solely responsible for determining whether the products you order are legal to possess, import within state lines, and use in your jurisdiction, and for compliance with any registration, licensing, or reporting requirements that apply to you or your institution.
Certain compounds in the catalog may be controlled substances or controlled-analog substances in specific states; check your state’s controlled-substances list before ordering. Nexus Laboratory does not provide jurisdiction-specific legal advice; consult qualified counsel where uncertainty exists.
Nexus Laboratory reserves the right to refuse any order that we, in our sole discretion, believe may violate applicable law, an institutional policy, or our published policies, with a full refund to the original payment method.
Nothing on this site is medical advice
Information provided on this site — including product descriptions, blog articles, peptide library entries, Certificate of Analysis interpretation guidance, research-history content, and customer support communications — is for general educational and research-context purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as, medical advice, pharmaceutical guidance, dosing recommendations, or a substitute for the advice of a licensed physician, pharmacist, veterinarian, or other qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of a qualified provider with any questions regarding a medical condition; never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information you encountered on this site.
Scope of analytical verification
Nexus Laboratory ships every research compound with a Certificate of Analysis documenting HPLC area-percent purity, mass spectrometry expected-vs-observed mass, and bacterial endotoxin testing (LAL gel-clot methodology). The Certificate is the documentation of analytical chemistry of that specific batch under documented storage conditions; see the Lab Verified page for the full verification methodology.
The Certificate of Analysis does not warrant: sterility for in-vivo use (the compound ships as lyophilized powder, not sterile-filled solution); biological potency or activity in any experimental system; suitability for any particular research application; or any pharmacological, clinical, or therapeutic effect. These properties are research questions, not supply-chain quality attributes, and are not warranted by Nexus Laboratory.
Acceptance of these terms
